1. No Returns on Food Products

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on food products once they have been delivered.

2. Eligible for Refund or Replacement

  • You may request a refund or replacement if:
  • You received a damaged package.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is expired or spoiled at the time of delivery.
  • The product is missing from your order.

3. Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Share your Order ID.
  • Provide clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
  • Keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.

4. Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Replacement

Where possible, we may replace the affected product instead of issuing a refund.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are packed or shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after delivery.
  • Personal taste or preference.
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
  • Delivery delays caused by incorrect address, customer unavailability, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
